In 1 week, led the Human Centred Design team to research and design a vaccination registration and booking system. Through leading the team to swarm on a problem, I integrated field research, service blueprints, design sketches and front end design into a solution that was ready to be built and deployed. The booking system has been used by over 600,000 staff and residents and was an Honourable Mention by the NSW Premier's Awards 2021 for Excellence in Digital Innovation.

In under a week, designed a patient home monitoring app in order to help manage and monitor COVID-19 positive patients as well as other clinical conditions. The new design not only encouraged compliance, but helped to educate patients about why they were submitting data.

Co-lead Infection Control Design Sprint, the first of its kind at NSW Health, consisting of a cross disciplinary team of Health experts across organisations in order to rapidly develop concepts to manage infection risks. This design sprint developed hundreds of ideas, two of which were developed into early stage concepts that were tested with clinicians in a public hospital in Sydney. This lead to the successful implementation of a vendor solution within Sydney LHD hospitals.

Lead inaugural Design Sprint at Airtasker to research and explore new business opportunities to capture unmet market segments.

Identified key, highly profitable market segment that was being developed into MVP.

Global research on Electric Vehicle Usage, global mapping needs and directions to guide product development and design of the Auto Maps program.

Helped a mature product offering identify key pain points which lead to redesigning the entire product experience and service offering through researching entire customer lifecycle using a range of quant and qual techniques for Google Maps APIs.
