From 2021-2022, Aaron was working within NSW Health and led the establishment of the Health Prototyping Centre. This 1000 square metre facility enabled rapid innovation, prototyping and safe testing within NSW Health of both digital and analogue initiatives.

Aaron built the eHealth Human Centred Design team from 3 to 8 staff, establishing clear service offerings and defined the operating model, bringing in new ways of working (whilst in the midst of a global pandemic).

Established and grown User Experience teams in a range of companies and organisations from small consultances to large global, Silicon Valley Tech giants.

As the first UX Researcher within Google Australia, I helped build the UX Research capability including facilities, services and thinking over 10 years.
